Privacy policy.

This page explains what data Kahla Labs LLC ("Kahla," "we," "us") collects when you visit kahlalabs.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

• Form submissions. When you fill out the contact form, we collect the fields you enter: name, email, optional phone, business name, the engagement scope you selected, and your message. We also capture the referring URL and any UTM tags so we know how you found us.
• Chat conversations. When you use the concierge chat, the messages you send are processed by our self-hosted inference engine or, as a fallback, Google Gemini Flash. We do not store full transcripts; we receive an email notification on the first message of each new conversation so we know someone engaged.
• Voice sessions. If you click "Talk live" on the voice agent page, we mint a short-lived ephemeral key for an OpenAI Realtime session. The audio stream goes directly between your browser and OpenAI; we receive a notification that a session was started, not the audio.
• Site analytics. Aggregate, anonymized pageview data via a privacy-friendly analytics provider. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no individual visitor profiles.

What we do with it

• Respond to your inquiry. Form data goes to a real human inbox and stays there.
• Understand which marketing channels work. Referrer and UTM data help us decide where to invest.
• Improve the concierge. Aggregate patterns in what people ask help us refine the system prompt — we do not train any model on your conversations.

What we don't do

• Sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
• Run third-party ad pixels or retargeting cookies.
• Share your contact details with marketing partners.
• Train any AI model on your prompts.

Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of services to operate the site. Each one only sees the data necessary for its function:

• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions.
• Resend — transactional email notifications when leads come in.
• Google AI Studio (Gemini) — fallback inference for the concierge chat when our self-hosted engine is unreachable. Free-tier Gemini may use your messages to improve Google's models per their terms.
• OpenAI — voice agent demo only, used when you explicitly click "Talk live."
• Cal.com — embedded scheduler on the contact page if you book directly.

Your rights

You can email hi@kahlalabs.com at any time to: see what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We respond within five business days. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights by law; if you are in the EU, GDPR does the same.

Children

Kahla Labs LLC sells services to business owners. The site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
