When you request a callback, we collect the details you submit: your name, business, email, phone number, description of the opportunity, preferred time and time zone, and your consent to be contacted. A request reference and operational status help us follow up reliably.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to assess your request, contact you, and arrange the next step. Requests are stored privately in Vercel Blob. Inquiry details are also sent through Resend to the studio’s email inbox when that service is available. We do not sell your information or share your contact details with marketing partners.
The concierge
The chat indicates whether it is using guided answers or an AI service. Guided answers are selected from studio information. In AI mode, your message and recent conversation context are processed through OpenRouter and its model provider, or through OpenAI when configured. Provider processing and retention are governed by their terms; we do not promise that providers retain no data. The site does not persist full chat transcripts in its enquiry storage or browser storage. If you choose to request a callback from the chat, your recent questions become an editable inquiry summary; that summary is stored only when you submit the callback request with consent. Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, or payment details.
Booking and demonstrations
The calendar opens on Cal.com, where its own privacy terms apply. Scripted voice samples are illustrative demonstrations. The text walkthrough does not access your microphone or make a phone call. A live voice demonstration can be arranged with the studio separately.
Hosting and operational data
The public website runs on Vercel. Hosting services may process network and request data needed to deliver and secure the website. The application uses hashed network identifiers and rotating counters for rate limiting, and stores callback requests in private Vercel Blob storage. Records submitted to an earlier private ChatGPT Sites preview remain in that separate restricted system. This build does not install advertising pixels or analytics trackers.
Your choices
You can contact hi@kahlalabs.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. We aim to respond within five business days. Tell us if you no longer wish to be contacted about your inquiry.
Children
Kahla Labs provides services to businesses. This website is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
