These terms govern your use of the website operated by Kahla Labs LLC. Paid engagements are governed by a signed Statement of Work, which supersedes these site terms for that relationship. You may browse, share, and reference the site for personal or business purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, scrape at volume, or misuse the demonstrations.
Demonstrations and concept work
The concierge, scripted samples, and interface walkthroughs demonstrate the kinds of experiences Kahla builds. They are not professional advice and do not guarantee a particular result. RELAY, SEREIN, and NORTHLINE are fictional concept projects, not commissioned client engagements. Their sample data and applications are illustrative. Measure Joy is presented separately as a real client engagement.
The Revenue Leak Review
The Revenue Leak Review is a free 20-minute working conversation about one customer journey. You receive three written observations and a fit assessment afterward, with no obligation to engage Kahla. The calendar may reserve a longer appointment slot. A callback request is not a confirmed appointment.
Statements of Work
Each paid engagement has a written scope covering deliverables, schedule, price, payment terms, ownership, confidentiality, warranty, and termination. The Statement of Work must be agreed before billable work begins. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of service.
Intellectual property
Original website content and design are © Kahla Labs LLC. Trademarks and brand names referenced on the site belong to their respective owners. Downloadable concept kits are provided for portfolio presentation and evaluation; downloading does not grant rights to use a concept as a commercial identity or imply trademark clearance. You may quote website content with attribution, but may not republish the site or its assets without permission.
Disclaimers

Limitation of liability
